Activity Report 2024
Organisational Structure : In 2024 one board switch was made. Mrs Zambrano
stepped down as the treasurer of the Foundation, and assumed the position of
Vice President. Mrs Sulleiro accepted the post as Treasurer.
Other organisational matters: In 2024 it was decided the Fundacion would
change its bank. A move from Rabobank to ABN Amro was approved by the
Board. The transfer of accounts was initiated but not completed until early
2025.
General activities: In 2024 a lot of work and effort focussed on renovating and
updating the Fundacion website to provide the possibility to receive online
donations through a QR code. This was successfully implemented towards the
end of 2024.
Furthermore, more frequent updates on ongoing and recently completed
projects were added to the website.
Moreover, much effort was placed on finding volunteers in the Netherlands and
in Argentina. This has been quite successful, however, we are still working hard
on finding volunteers for fundraising activities. New activities are needed to
generate more funds for good causes. However currently our financial position
does not allow us to organise even medium size events, which is why fundraising
is a major point of commitment for 2025.
Projects: Due to lack of funds we were able to support only one project in 2025.
This was a project in Rafaela where we supported an organisation helping
disadvantaged children. For this project we sourced and purchased several
musical instruments to enhance not only the musical skills of the children but,
more importantly, to provide them with pleasure and fun in their already
difficult lives. Further information on this project can be found on our website.
Focus for 2025: Our Fundacion is committed to continue finding volunteers and
sponsors so that we can organise events. We strive to at least organise 2 events
in 2025.
