Construction of San Antonio children’s soup kitchen and sanitary facilities

Construction of San Antonio children’s soup kitchen and sanitary facilities – FEDES Foundation
Tucumán Province

This project is run by the FEDES Foundation, made up of former Don Bosco scouts, which is dedicated to charity work aimed at destitute children and adults.
FEDES runs three soup kitchens for children up to 12 years old from destitute and deprived families.
The kitchens are open all year round, including during school holidays.
However, they operate under extremely precarious conditions and are in urgent need of, among other things, ovens, kitchen units and sinks, gazebos, toilets, tables and benches for all three kitchens.
The project is being supervised in Argentina by volunteer Antoinette Brinkmann on behalf of our Foundation.
After a request from FEDES, the Board has changed the priorities from the project in San Antonio (Tucuman).
In place of building a new soup kitchen, 2 classrooms will be buildt, using the funds from donors.
Total costs:€ 4.700.
